Customer Service Desk

The Customer Service Desk is located in the new Fashion Mall. Our friendly Customer Service Staff are available to help you with any queries you may have about the Centre, including Store locations, Facility locations, Bus Timetables and information on upcoming promotions and entertainment.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for purchase from the Customer Service Desk. They can be purchased in any dollar amount and are redeemable at any Rockingham Shopping Centre store (excluding Coles, Target, Kmart, Kmart Tyre & Auto, Woolworths and Australia Post). They are perfect for birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas or just for a special thank you gift. Gift Cards are also available for purchase online.

Parenting Rooms

For parents with a baby or child the Centre has three Parenting Rooms.  They are located at:

  In the Telecommunications Mall, near ANZ bank and the Telstra Shop
• Map reference J9
  In the Fashion Mall near Transit
• Map reference N11
  In the Target Mall next to Chemmart.

Disabled Access

A free wheelchair facility is available to shoppers while they are in our Centre. This service is available from the Customer Service Desk and can be booked in advance by telephoning (08) 9527 9155. Accessible toilets are available in the Centre. They are located at:
